Quick Steps to Edit Calendar

  1. Adjust Operating Hours

    • In your iMenu360 dashboard:
      Restaurant → Calendar → Edit Calendar

    • Select the dates you would like to mark as "Closed"

  2. Disable Online Ordering

    • By marking dates as closed you are disable ordering while keeping your menu visible

Quick Steps to Notify Customers

  1. Update Your Digital Channels

    • iMenu360 Dashboard: Set temporary closure alerts that automatically display on:

      • Your website ordering page

      • Mobile app

      • QR code landing pages

    • Restaurant → Alerts → Edit  → Create New Alert
    • Create the alert message, set the status to ACTIVE and choose the date range
  2. Post Clear Notifications
    Example messages:

    "Closed for [Holiday Name] – We'll reopen [Date] at [Time]!"
    "Closing early today at [Time] for [Reason]. Last orders at [Time]."

Save it and click the orange update website button.
