Accessing Customer Data

1. Navigate to Customer Reports

   • Log in to your iMenu360 dashboard

   • Click on "Reports" in the main menu

   • Select "Customer"

2. View Key Customer Metrics

• Chain-Wise Customers: Total customers across all locations (e.g., 667)

• Location-Wise Customers: Customers specific to your restaurant (e.g., 538)

• Best Customers: Top 50 by order frequency and spending

• Export contact lists (email/phone) for:

  • Loyalty discounts

  • Special offers and promotions

• Reward frequent buyers with exclusive perks

• Analyze top customers' ordering patterns to optimize your menu

• Send "We miss you" offers to customers who haven't ordered recently

• Reactivate them with limited-time discounts

✔ Segment your lists by order frequency, spend, or location
✔ Personalize messages using customers' names and order history
✔ Track campaign success through subsequent order reports
