How do I activate or deactivate items on the iMenu360 ordering platform?

From The Tablet

  1. To access the Menu Manager, you would tap the Menu button on the tablet, and enter the PIN. You would then hit ENTER.
  2. Once you are in the menu, you would select the category you need, and then tap on the item you would like to make inactive.
  3. Each item has a toggle that you can select to make active (Green) or inactive (Gray).  Just make sure you save!

From The Computer

  1. Log in using the Restaurant Manager link provided below using the Chain Admin credentials. http://restadmin.imenu360.com
  2. Go to the Menu Manager option available on the left side, and click on Categories.


  1. From there, you find the category you want, then click on the item name.

  1. Beside the ITEM STATUS, you can see three options. After that, you simply make the item inactive or active. Select save at the bottom right corner, then update website at the top right corner.
  2. From there, you find the category you want, then click on the item name.
  3. NOTE- PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE DELETE OPTION
  4. You can also do this from the DROPDOWN OPTION available under the heading STATUS.
