How do I cancel an order from the tablet or the Restaurant Manager Portal?

Orders can be canceled in two ways: From the tablet or from the Restaurant Manager Portal.

From the Tablet

Note- You will only be able to cancel the orders on the same day.

To cancel from the tablet, please follow the below-mentioned steps:
  1. Go to Orders. A list of all the orders from the same day will appear.
  2. Open the order that you want to cancel.
  3. At the bottom of the order, you will find the Cancel option.
  4. Click on this option. Then click Yes.
The order will get canceled.

From the Restaurant Manager Portal

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to cancel from the Restaurant Manager Portal:
  1. Login to the Restaurant Manager Portal by using the chain admin login credentials provided to you.
  2. On the left side of the portal, a number of options are there. Click on the Orders option.
  3. Click on the Search option and enter the order number or the other specific details of the order that you want to cancel.
  4. Now click on the Actions option and then click on Cancel Order.
