How do I open and close online ordering?

Online ordering can be paused in three ways:

From the tablet:

Online ordering can be closed for a day or two from the tablet and then you can open it whenever you want. 

On the Business Center app on your tablet, click on the Open/Close button.
There will be two options: Close Today and Close Tomorrow.
If you want to close for today and tomorrow, you can also close both days.
You can also reopen online ordering from the same section.

















From the Restaurant Manager Portal:

Online ordering can be closed one of two ways from the Restaurant Manager Portal.

From the Open / Close section:
In the Restaurant Manager Portal, click the Open/Close button in the bottom left corner and choose which restaurant menu you would like to turn on or turn off by clicking the appropriate Open/Close button next to the menu.




From the Calendar section:

  • Login to the Restaurant Manager Portal by using the chain admin login credentials provided to you.
  • On the left side of the portal, a number of options are there. Click on the Calendar option.
  • Click on the Edit Calendar option.
  • Choose the dates that you want to close. Click on the Save option.
  • Now click on the Update Calendar option available on the top right side of the portal.
