How do I open and close my iMenu360 ordering platform?

    Online ordering can be paused in two ways, from the Tablet Business Center or the Restaurant Manager Portal. 

Open and close from the Tablet Business Center

  1. Open the Business Center app on your tablet.
    2. From here, you would log into the MENU MANAGER.
  2. There is an option of Open/Close. Click on this option.
  3. There will be two options - Close Today and Close Tomorrow.
  4. You may choose either of the options as per your requirement. Online ordering can be closed for a day or two from the tablet and then you can open it whenever you want. If you want to close for today and tomorrow, you can also close both days.
  5. Similarly, you can reopen the online ordering this way as well.

Open and close from the Restaurant Manager Portal

  1. Log in using this link with your chain credentials - Restaurant Manager Portal
  2. Once logged in, on the left side of the portal, click on the Calendar option.
  3. Click Edit Calendar


  1. Choose the dates that you want to close. 
  2. Click on the Save button.
  3. Now click on the Update Website option in the top right side of the portal to make changes go live.
