Launching and Onboarding With Nash

How do I get started?

Let your 360 rep know you’re interested, and they’ll connect you with Nash. Nash can answer any questions you may have, and once you’ve signed on, logged into your account, and added your billing information, you’ll be ready to deliver.

How do I set my delivery radius and fees to the customer?

360 will work with you on anything related to placing an order. This includes the fees to the customer and your delivery radius. You can decide what you want to charge and how far out you’d like to offer delivery, and 360 will publish this to your website.

Is training available from Nash?

The integration between 360 and Nash allows for orders to be placed and automatically paired with a driver, but there is a lot of valuable functionality within the Nash dashboard. If you’d like dashboard training, Nash will have a Zoom call with you that can be recorded and sent to you, so that you can watch it back later if needed.
