How to Accept & Manage Orders on the Business Manager App

🔔 Instant Alerts

• The tablet will sound an alert and display a notification when an online order is placed

• A pop-up banner appears (even if the app is running in the background)

✅ One-Tap Acceptance

1. Open the Orders tab in the Business Manager app

2. Locate the pending order (marked as "New")

3. Tap "Confirm" to accept it into your system

3. Manage Active Orders

🛒 View & Track Progress

• Prep Time

• Order Details

• Status Updates

✔ Enable sound notifications in settings to avoid missed orders
✔ Print tickets automatically by connecting a kitchen printer
✔ Use the "Hold" feature if the kitchen is backed up

❌ No notification sound?
→ Check tablet volume & app notification settings
→ Restart the app if orders aren’t appearing

❌ "Confirm" button not working?
→ Ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi
→ Force-quit and reopen the app
