How to Activate or Deactivate Items on the iMenu360 Ordering Platform

Open Menu Manager
Tap the Menu button on the tablet and enter your PIN, then hit ENTER.
Select Category & Item
Choose the desired category, then tap the item you want to modify.
Toggle Active/Inactive
Use the toggle switch to set the item as:
Active (Green) – Visible to customers
Inactive (Gray) – Hidden from customers
Save Changes
Always tap Save to apply updates.
Log in to the Restaurant Manager
Use your Chain Admin credentials.
Access Menu Manager
Click Menu Manager on the left sidebar, then select Categories.

Edit Item Status
Find the desired Category → Click the blue Items button.

Choose ITEM and select the 3 dots next to the selected item
- Select the Edit option

Update Item Status
Under STATUS, choose:
Active (Visible)
Inactive (Hidden)
Deleted (⚠️ Avoid this option unless you want the item to be permanently removed – Use "Inactive" instead.)
Click Update (bottom right).
Click the Update Website button (top right) to sync changes.
