How to Activate or Deactivate Items on the iMenu360 Ordering Platform

From The Tablet


  1. Open Menu Manager

    • Tap the Menu button on the tablet and enter your PIN, then hit ENTER.

  2. Select Category & Item

    • Choose the desired category, then tap the item you want to modify.

  3. Toggle Active/Inactive

    • Use the toggle switch to set the item as:

      • Active (Green) – Visible to customers

      • Inactive (Gray) – Hidden from customers

  4. Save Changes

    • Always tap Save to apply updates.

From The Computer


  1. Log in to the Restaurant Manager

  2. Access Menu Manager

    • Click Menu Manager on the left sidebar, then select Categories.

Edit Item Status

  • Find the desired Category → Click the blue Items button.

Choose ITEM and select the 3 dots next to the selected item

  • Select the Edit option

Update Item Status

  • Under STATUS, choose:

    • Active (Visible)

    • Inactive (Hidden)

    • Deleted (⚠️ Avoid this option unless you want the item to be permanently removed – Use "Inactive" instead.)


Save & Update
  • Click Update (bottom right).

  • Click the Update Website button (top right) to sync changes.
