How to Manage Menu Photos on iMenu360

✅ Best Size: 1000px × 1000px (square format)
✅ Formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF
✅ Max File Size: 5MB

Note: Square images work best for mobile viewing

1. Access Your Admin Portal

• Go to: restadmin.imenu360.com

• Log in using your credentials

2. Navigate to Menu Manager

• After logging in, click "RESTAURANT" and then the "MENU MANAGER" tab in the navigation

3. Select a Menu

• Click on the blue "CATEGORIES" button

4. Navigate to Items

• Choose the relevant category (e.g., Appetizers)

• Click the corresponding blue "ITEMS" button

• Find the menu item needing image update
• Click the ••• (3 dots) on the right side

• Select "UPDATE IMAGE" from dropdown

• Click "Choose File" and select your image

• Confirm by clicking "Upload"
  

• To Replace: Follow steps above
• To Delete: Select "DELETE IMAGE" instead of upload
• To Cancel: Click outside the upload window

1. Lighting: Use natural light - avoid shadows

2. Angles: Shoot directly overhead for food items

3. Editing: Use tools like:

   • Canva for resizing, adjustments, and background removal

4. Consistency: Maintain same style across all menu photos

→ Check file size < 5MB
→ Convert to JPG format

→ Use exact 1:1 aspect ratio (1000×1000px)
→ Center main subject

❌ Changes not visible?
→ Did you click SAVE + UPDATE WEBSITE after upload?
→ Allow 20 minutes for propagation
