How to Open and Close Your iMenu360 Online Ordering Platform

You can pause or resume online ordering in two ways: via the Tablet Business Center or the Restaurant Manager Portal.

From the Tablet Business Center
  1. Open the Business Center App on your tablet.

  2. Log in to Menu Manager (enter your PIN if prompted).

  3. Select "Open/Close" from the options.

  4. Choose Closing Option:

    • Close Today – Pauses orders for the current day.

    • Close Tomorrow – Pauses orders for the next day.

    • (Select both if closing for multiple days.)

  5. To Reopen Online Ordering:

    • Return to Open/Close and toggle the closed days back to Open.

From the Restaurant Manager Portal

CLOSE TODAY

  1. Log in to the Restaurant Manager Portal using your chain credentials.

  2. On the left sidebar, click Open/Close.

  3. Click "Edit Calendar"

  • Choose Close Today.
  • Now click on the Update Website option in the top right side of the portal to make changes go live.
  • To Reopen:

    • Choose Open/Close again and select Open, then Update Website.

CLOSED ON FUTURE DATES

  1. Log in to the Restaurant Manager Portal using your chain credentials.

  2. On the left sidebar, click Calendar.

  3. Click "Edit Calendar"

  • Choose the dates that you want to close.
  • Click on the Save button.
  • Now click on the Update Website option in the top right side of the portal to make changes go live.
  • To Reopen:

    • Edit the calendar again and deselect closed dates, then Update Website.

Important Notes:

✔ Temporary Closure: Use this for holidays, maintenance, or unexpected closures.
Reopening Required: Orders won’t resume automatically—you must manually reopen.
Update Website: Always click this after changes to ensure they go live.
