The Customer Reports section provides valuable insights into your customer base, helping you identify your most valuable guests, understand your reach, and build effective loyalty and marketing strategies.
How to Access:
Log in to your Restaurant Manager Portal.
Navigate to Reports from the main menu.
Click on the Customers tab.
Before viewing the data, select your criteria:
Select Location: Use the dropdown to choose a specific location to filter the data.

Here is a detailed breakdown of each metric and its business significance:
What it is: The total number of unique customers who have placed an order at any location within your restaurant chain.
What it shows: The overall size of your entire customer database across all locations.
Best for: Understanding the total scale of your brand's reach and managing chain-wide customer relationship initiatives.
What it is: The number of unique customers who have placed an order specifically at the selected location.
What it shows: The size of the loyal customer base for an individual restaurant.
Best for: Evaluating the performance and local popularity of a specific location, and for planning targeted, location-specific marketing campaigns.
What it is: A ranked list of your top customers based on the number of orders they have placed.
What it shows: Displays your top 50 most frequent guests.
Best for: Identifying your most loyal and regular patrons for a formal loyalty program or to send exclusive "thank you" offers to encourage retention.
What it is: A ranked list of your top customers based on the total monetary value of all their orders.
What it shows: Your top 50 highest-spending guests.
Best for: Identifying your most financially valuable customers. These are the guests to target with high-value offers or VIP treatment to maximize their lifetime value.
