The Miscellaneous Reports section provides access to specialized data sets that don't fit into the other primary reporting categories. 


How to Access:

  1. Log in to your Restaurant Manager Portal.

  2. Navigate to Reports from the main menu.

  3. Click on the Miscellaneous tab.


Before generating a report, you must first select your criteria:

  • Select Date Range: Use the "From" and "To" fields to define the period you want to analyze.

  • Select Restaurant Location: Choose one or multiple locations. You can check "Select All" for a chain-wide view or select individual locations.

  • Click the Submit button to generate your report.

Miscellaneous Reports

A primary report found in the Miscellaneous section is the Guest User Report.


What is the Guest User Report?

This report provides a detailed list and analysis of customers who have placed orders without creating a formal account on your website or app. These are one-time or non-registered customers who checked out as "guests."


The report provides a clear table with columns including:

  • Date & Order Number: The transaction date and unique order identifier.

  • Restaurant: The specific location

  • First Name & Last Name: The customer's first and last name.

  • Email Address: The customer's email address, collected during checkout.

  • Order From: The platform where the order was placed (e.g., Website).


Why is this report useful?
  • Marketing Opportunity: Identify a pool of potential repeat customers. You can use the provided email list to target them with campaigns encouraging them to create an account for benefits like faster checkout and exclusive offers.

  • Understand Customer Behavior: Analyze the volume and value of sales that come from guest checkouts versus registered users.

  • Customer Service: Quickly look up the specific order details of a guest customer who contacts you with a question or complaint but does not have an account.
