How do I adjust the pick-up and delivery service delay temporarily?

Many times when the volume of orders are higher than normal, it becomes hard to prepare food for the restaurant within the normal specified service delay times.


To increase the time for preparation of food from the tablet, click on Temporary Settings, click on Service Delay, and adjust the service delay time for pick-up and delivery accordingly.


One of our most beneficial features is that you have the option to send an email to a customer when their order is delayed or ready before the specified time. Simply click on ORDERS on the main screen, choose the order, and click SEND EMAIL.


Please note: These changes are TEMPORARY and will be reverted to normal service delay times the next day without having to make changes again.
