Log in to your Restaurant Manager Portal.
Navigate to Menu Manager under the Restaurant dropdown.
Click the Link Menus tab towards the top of the page.
Choose the specific Menu and Restaurant Location you want to configure.
Find the checkbox for "Future Orders" labeled "FO" (See screenshot below).
Choose your preferred active days of the week to accept future orders
Save the changes by clicking the blue Save button.
This alone allows customers to select a future date, but to control the preparation time, you need to go a step further.

This step ensures customers can place orders for immediate preparation, in addition to future orders.
In the same Link Menus section where you enabled "Future Orders," locate the "ASAP" checkbox.
Click the "ASAP" checkbox to enable it. This allows customers to place orders for preparation and pickup/delivery as soon as possible.

This step sets the preparation time that applies to both ASAP and Future Orders.
In the same Link Menus section, locate and click the "LT" (Lead Time) checkbox. Enabling this activates the service delay settings.
Once enabled, navigate to the Service Delay section in the left navigation menu (see screenshot below).
Set your preparation times in minutes for each service type:
Pickup (delay in minutes): Enter the time needed to prepare an order for customer pickup (e.g., 15 minutes).
Delivery (delay in minutes): Enter the total time needed to prepare and deliver an order (e.g., 30 minutes).
Important Note: Any adjustment in service delays will only affect timing for TODAY ONLY. Services will restore to default times the next day.
Finalize the configuration by clicking the blue "Save" button.

UPDATE MENU
Click the orange UPDATE MENU button at the top to bring your changes live.
Step 1: Enable "FO" (Future Orders), select active days, and Save.
Step 2: Enable "ASAP" orders to allow immediate ordering.
Step 3: Enable "LT" (Lead Time) and input your Pickup and Delivery delay times, then Save.
Step 4: Click the UPDATE MENU button
This configuration now allows customers to order for now (ASAP) or for a future date, with a consistent preparation lead time applied to all orders.
