  1. Log in to your Restaurant Manager Portal

  2. Navigate to the "Orders" Section in the main navigation menu.

  3. Use Filters to Find What You Need: Once in the Orders section, you will use filters to view different types of orders.

TODAY'S CURRENT ORDERS

This is for managing orders that are active, in progress, or recently completed today.

  • Where to Look: On the main dashboard, find the section titled "Today".

  • What You'll See: Directly under "Today," there is an "Order Source" list. This shows a live feed of today's orders.

    • Each entry (like IEG_530, IEG_258) is an Order Number.

    • Below each order number, you see the Customer's Name (e.g., Dusty Rabjohn, Clayton K).

    • Status of the order (e.g., Confirmed, Preparing, Ready).

This is your go-to section for managing the real-time flow of your kitchen and service.

PREVIOUS & HISTORICAL ORDERS

This is for reviewing past orders, checking financial totals, and running reports.

  • Where to Look: Scroll down past the "Today" section. You will see tabs for "Last Month" and "Year to Date".

  • How to Use It:

    • Click the "Last Month" tab to see all orders from the previous calendar month.

    • Click the "Year to Date" tab to see all orders from the start of the year until now.

  • What You'll See: A detailed table with much more information for each order:

    • Restaurant Name: The specific location.

    • Order Total: The final amount paid.

    • Payment Type: How they paid (e.g., CC for Credit Card).

    • Due Date & Time: When the order was placed/for.

    • Order Type: Whether it was Pickup or Delivery.

    • Actions: A column with interactive buttons (view, reprint, or refund the order).

Summary: Your Portal's Workflow
  • For Live Management: Use the "Today" section. Monitor incoming orders and update their statuses as they move through the kitchen.

  • For Reporting & History: Use the "Last Month" and "Year to Date" tabs. Use these to analyze sales, track popular items, and review the details of any past order.
