Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled in two ways: From the tablet or from the Restaurant Manager Portal.


From the Tablet


Note- You will only be able to cancel the orders on the same day.


  1. Go to Orders. A list of all the orders from the same day will appear.
  2. Open the order that you want to cancel.
  3. At the bottom of the order, you will find the Cancel option.
  4. Click on this option. Then click Yes. The order will get canceled.


From the Restaurant Manager Portal


  1. Login to the Restaurant Manager Portal by using the chain admin login credentials provided to you.
  2. Click on Orders in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the Search option and enter the order number or the other specific details to find the order you want to cancel.
  4. Now click on the Actions option and then click on Cancel Order.
