How to Check Order Details in iMenu360

You can check the order details from the tablet as well as from the Restaurant Manager portal.
From the home screen, tap "Orders"
View today's order list (chronological order)
Tap any order to see full details:
Items ordered
Modifications
Customer information
Order status
Payment details
Note: Tablets only show orders from the current business day
Log in at restadmin.imenu360.com
On the left sidebar, click "Orders"
Use search/filters to find specific orders by:
Order number
Date range
Customer name
Order status
Click any order to view complete details and history


Shows current day orders only
Basic scrolling navigation
View order details only
Accessible on-premise during operation
Manager Portal:
Access to all historical orders
Advanced search and filtering
Full order management capabilities
Accessible from any internet connection
• Tablet Best For: Quick kitchen checks during service
• Portal Best For: Accounting, reporting, and customer service
• Order Status Codes:
🟢 Green = Active/Completed
🟡 Yellow = In Progress
🔴 Red = Cancelled/Issue
❌ Can't find an order on tablet?
→ Check if order was placed before today
→ Verify internet connection
❌ Missing orders in portal?
→ Ensure correct date range selected
→ Check filter settings
