How to Check Order Details in iMenu360

You can check the order details from the tablet as well as from the Restaurant Manager portal.

On Your Tablet (Same-Day Orders Only)
  1. From the home screen, tap "Orders"

  2. View today's order list (chronological order)

  3. Tap any order to see full details:

    • Items ordered

    • Modifications

    • Customer information

    • Order status

    • Payment details


Note: Tablets only show orders from the current business day

Restaurant Manager Portal (All Orders)
  1. Log in at restadmin.imenu360.com

  2. On the left sidebar, click "Orders"

  3. Use search/filters to find specific orders by:

    • Order number

    • Date range

    • Customer name

    • Order status

  4. Click any order to view complete details and history

Platform Differences
Tablet View:
  • Shows current day orders only

  • Basic scrolling navigation

  • View order details only

  • Accessible on-premise during operation

Manager Portal:

  • Access to all historical orders

  • Advanced search and filtering

  • Full order management capabilities

  • Accessible from any internet connection

Pro Tips

• Tablet Best For: Quick kitchen checks during service
Portal Best For: Accounting, reporting, and customer service
• Order Status Codes:

  • 🟢 Green = Active/Completed

  • 🟡 Yellow = In Progress

  • 🔴 Red = Cancelled/Issue

Troubleshooting

❌ Can't find an order on tablet?
→ Check if order was placed before today
→ Verify internet connection

❌ Missing orders in portal?
→ Ensure correct date range selected
→ Check filter settings
